Klingons: Blood will tell is a comic by Scott and David Tipton, which has been partially translated into Klingon. The main part is English.

Editions

The comic is split into five issues, but also available as a collected edition.

Plot

Each chapter shows an encounter between Federation and Klingons from the point of view of the Klingons:

  1. Against Their Nature (based upon TOS: Errand of Mercy)
  2. Beneath the Skin (TOS: "Trials and Tribble-ations")
  3. The Order of Things (TOS: "A Private Little War")
  4. Blood Reign O'er Me (TOS: "Day of the Dove")
  5. Losses (TOS-Comic: "Losses")

Following the five English language chapters is a gallery with alternate cover pictures.

Page 21 in the first chapter is entirely in Klingon; it is not discernable if that was intentional or a mistake.

Preview Issue

In an old issue of previews, a catalog of comic books, etc, that Diamond Comic Distributors puts out every month so people can see what they want to order from their local comic book shops, there was a Klingon message.

It was in the November 2015 preview issue, page 139, was IDW Comics' "IDW January Checklist", and to the left was a column featuring a cartoon/caricature of D'irk W'ood, "Lt. of Marketing", with the following word bubbles. I was written in comic book style all caps, despite case being important to Klingon.

[1] DIS CHU' DATIVJAJ HOCH! 'E' LATLH TIN WA' IDW 'E' LAY'! QASTAH LOT CHONAYTA' 'EJ JANUARY NEH 'OH....

[2] WA'DICH PAQDI'NORGH LUCHENMOHMEH HOCH, DIS 50TH ANNIVERSARY HOV TREK! VAJ NEJ LOT QAS LATER DIS. 'ACH WA'DICH, HA' VIGHEL PUS JANUARY PAQ. STARTING GHAH. !? JEM HURGH

** TRANSLATED FROM KLINGON: HAPPY NEW YEAR, EVERYONE! THIS PROMISES TO BE ANOTHER BIG ONE FOR IDW! A LOT IS HAPPENING ALREADY, AND THIS IS ONLY JANUARY. FIRST OF ALL, THIS YEAR IS THE 50TH ANNIVERSARY OF STAR TREK! SO, LOOK FOR A LOT HAPPENING ALL YEAR LONG! BUT FIRST, LET'S TALK ABOUT A FEW OF OUR JANUARY BOOKS. STARTING WITH... DARK JEM!?

Written in clear caps Klingon:

[1] DIS chu' DatIvjaj Hoch! 'e' latlh tIn wa' IDW 'e' lay'! qaStaH lot chonayta' 'ej January neH 'oH ...

[2] wa'DIch paQDI'norgh luchenmoHmeH Hoch, DIS 50th anniversary Hov trek! vaj nej lot qaS later DIS. 'ach wa'DIch, Ha' vIghel puS January paq. Starting ghaH!? jem Hurgh PAQ. STARTING GHAH. !? JEM HURGH

Clearly, they weren't trying very hard at all, like how they didn't notice that several words like "lot", "later" didn't translate and just came straight through. Even the punctuation was mixed in the final line. These results and also words like chonayta' ("you married me") make it obvious that the Bing translator had been used here.
