Cortana speak engine

Cortana screen
Cortana is an intelligent personal assistant on Windows Phone 8.1(1). A new version, which was presented at Destination Star Trek in London(2) on october 3rd 2014 of it is supposed to "understand" Klingon(3). When you say "Speak Klingon", the phone answers HIja', loQ vIjatlhlaH. Yes, I can speak it a little (4) (5). The pronunciation is a bit wrong, as it says huge-ya, loq vIjach-lah.

The phone does not really "speak" or "understand" Klingon. These are just some phrases which it gives as an answer to programmed questions (6).
