David Trimboli (Klingon name: SuStel) served as a Beginners' Grammarian of the KLI from October 1996 until August 1997. He holds the KLCP rank of po'wI' (expert).

David was the editor of the translation of Much Ado About Nothing (paghmo' tIn mIS) and of jatmey issue #3. He wrote a story entitled 'Iwtaj in jatmey issue #2 and a poem entitled yIH ghupbogh be' qan in issue #3. He has created a Klingon mode for J.R.R. Tolkien's Tengwar writing system. (1)
