Direct Object

A direct object is the receiver of an action and depends on the verb. The receiver of the action is in general the one who has to undergo the action and thus has no influence on it.

In klingon language this object can be represented through a prefix.

  • qaqIp I hit you
  • puq legh yaS The officer sees the child
