Mark A. Mandel

Mark A. Mandel (Klingon name marqem) is a Klingonist from Massachusetts. He was active in the mailing list in 1993 (1) At that time, he worked at Dragon Systems, Inc., the software company that was responsible for the voice recognition softare in the Language Lab of the Klingon CD. It is not clear if he was involved in that project [citation needed].
