In the video, you can see Worf write a short letter in pIqaD which he hands over to Darth Vader. The word written by Worf shows the letters QaSuHa, which means nothing in the first place. But in combination with the little heart below, it's a good guess assuming that this is supposed to mean qamuSHa', a nice try to say I love you in Klingon.
